In her unique technique, the artist combines the portrait of the two boys and their motley world of children in a painting whose superimposed layers and representations such as dream and reality flow into one another.
 
The painting is a work by contemporary artist Karin Döring from the HUMAN STRIPES series.
 
The idea and technique of the STRIPES arose during the work process and is a completely new art technique that Karin Döring developed and uses herself.

I purchased one of Karin's first paintings a few years ago. It was a portrait that immediately spoke to me and captivated me. Since then, more of Karin's works have found a place in our home. I think it's great that she experiments, evolves her art, and thus stands out from other artists. With her special works from the HUMAN STRIPES series, she has definitely hit the mark.
