The artist plays with the colors RED and PINK, around the black and white portrait of a proud woman, which is painted with acrylic paints and brushes on canvas. Her portraits in this series appear almost photo-realistic. She combines faces with graphic elements and deliberately places colored bars over her portraits.

I purchased one of Karin's first paintings a few years ago. It was a portrait that immediately spoke to me and captivated me. Since then, more of Karin's works have found a place in our home. I think it's great that she experiments, evolves her art, and thus stands out from other artists. With her special works from the HUMAN STRIPES series, she has definitely hit the mark.
